Quay Management Services was formed by Residents who realised that the current "leading" management service providers (in this case FirstPort) continually underperformed and charged residents an extraordinary high amount of fees for little return. More importantly the managing agent could not be held accountable for any of their poor performance.

QMS were able to build an initial support base of 114 of 118 as members of a Residents Association of which 100/114 said YES to Right to Manage. As a result of the efforts made the residents now have been successful with RTM and can appoint their own managing agent.
