How To Complete An RTM
Description of steps
- New process: Get the leaseholders talking to check if the majority wish to change away from the current management
- Outsourced service: Find a managing agent who is willing to complete the RTM either as a single service or as part of a long-term service
- New process: Work out the big, high-priority changes required in the buildings
- New process: Complete RTM
- Outsourced service: Instruct the new managing agent
- New process: Over the first year list all the areas where services from the managing agent need to be improved further – either because new requirements have arisen or the RTM Board has more information
