Antony Mackintosh DipSurv MRICS founded AM Surveying & Block Management in 1979 as a Building Surveying consultancy.

Our long history is very important to us, however, we are not content only looking backwards and today Antony's son Matthew Mackintosh MTPI, AssocRICS is at the helm of the business. With the benefit of our Building Surveying heritage, AM Surveying & Block Management provides Estate & Block Management solutions to thousands of property owners throughout London and the Home Counties.

We are expert building and estate managers providing services to the highest industry standards as set by our regulators RICS & TPI.

Our dedicated team have extensive experience in residential estate management spanning over many years. We manage property on behalf of Residential Management Companies, Freeholders, Right to Manage Companies and Developers.

Using our expertise, experience and range of technologies our Property Management team efficiently manage residential blocks of flats and housing estates large and small.

​We collect and manage service charge funds to ensure essential services are provided to our managed portfolio which includes repairs, regular inspections, meeting with contractors, maintaining communal areas and equipment such as lifts, automatic gates and life safety systems.

Building Surveying services are provided via our expert in-house Building Surveyors.

AM Surveying & Block Management achieve industry accreditation with a range of trade bodies and regulators meaning we adhere to the highest standards and codes of practice for our clients' peace of mind.

In addition, many of our team have achieved personal qualifications to further demonstrate professionalism and a dedication to providing high standards of service.
