Frederick George Management Services Limited has been established since 1869 and in this period of time dedicated its services in professional property management to its Clients.
The Company’s principal is John Nitka, who has been in the profession for some 45 years dealing with all the aspects of managing properties in the residential and commercial field. The other main members of staff are Callum Frazer and Alan Sharpe who deal with the day to day situations that arise within the estates we manage. Helen Dunsford heads the accounts department, Lisa Celaire deals with service charge arrears and assists repairs. However all members of staff handle most aspects and enquiries. In addition within our team we have the services of our Chartered Surveyor, Mr David Cooper who is qualified to deal with any structural or professional matters.
The Company has the requisite Professional Indemnity Insurance and a member of The Property Ombudsman.
Within our portfolio, we manage many residential estates together with commercial shops and offices and other related properties and are always read to take more.
We also have a reliable team of professional contractors available to cover all aspects of maintenance; with a call out normally within a one hour period and who are generally on call 24 hours a day for all emergency repairs should they arise.
