Sussex is becoming an ever busier Country fuelled by both the growth in London and Brighton. Like much of the South East, this has caused population and price increases in many of the towns and villages – particularly in those with good rail connections.
Although the number of specialist block managers in the area is not as high as central London, the industry is growing – largely due to the number of converted houses in and around Brighton that require specialist managers.
